Fresh Coast Extracts, LLC ("Fresh Coast," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Fresh Coast Rewards text messaging program for consumers who opt in. By opting in, you may receive marketing messages (special offers, discounts, and service updates) and/or non-marketing messages about your Fresh Coast Rewards account, such as points earned and reward availability, depending on which consent choices you selected at sign-up.
Message frequency
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to [X] messages per month, depending on your account activity and the categories you've opted into. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
How to opt out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number you received messages from. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [SUPPORT EMAIL OR PHONE NUMBER].
Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility
This program is intended for consumers 21 years of age or older, consistent with Michigan cannabis regulations. By opting in, you confirm you are 21 or older.
Changes to the program
We may change or discontinue the Fresh Coast Rewards text messaging program, or these Terms, at any time. Continued participation after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
